Join Us as a Quote Analyst!


We're looking for a detail-oriented leader who can drive quoting accuracy, support customer satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team. As our Quote Analyst, you'll oversee the quote-to-order process, partner with customers and internal teams, and ensure projects move smoothly from initial request through production. This role is critical to delivering timely, accurate pricing while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational excellence.


Your Responsibilities:


As a Quote Analyst, you will:



  • Lead the Quoting Team: Coach, mentor, and manage team members while ensuring workloads, priorities, and deadlines are effectively balanced.

  • Oversee Quotation Accuracy: Review and manage customer quotes to ensure pricing, specifications, and project requirements are accurate and completed on schedule.

  • Manage Bid Documentation: Ensure engineering requirements, customer specifications, and contractual obligations are incorporated into quotations and bid packages.

  • Build Customer Relationships: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong partnerships and delivering responsive service.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain teams to support successful project execution.

  • Maintain Documentation: Ensure quote records, project histories, and supporting documentation are complete, organized, and audit-ready.

  • Resolve Issues Proactively: Address customer concerns and internal challenges by identifying solutions and leveraging available resources.

  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve quoting efficiency, consistency, and overall team performance.


Your Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you need:



  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to regulatory requirement

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or technical education is a plus.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, customer service, project coordination, or a related function.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience managing quote documentation and data is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Organization & Accuracy: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
