Job description

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Somali Outreach Clinical Supervisor (LSW/LPC) to join our Somali Outreach department. The Somali Outreach Clinical Supervisor directs the clinical and programmatic supervision of Mental Health Specialists, Social Workers, and Counselors in the Somali Outreach Program with primary responsibility for ensuring family centered, quality services, positive treatment outcomes, and outreach in the community. Works in collaboration with school and community partners to provide outreach and reduce barriers in linkage to resources.

Who you are:
  • You have a master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • You have at least two years of mental health experience as a Social Worker, Counselor, Clinician, or Therapist.
  • You preferably speak a Somali Dialect and have experience working with this population.
  • You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
