Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting student communication and language development for grades K-12. Work close to Hilliard, OH, where your expertise will empower children to reach their fullest potential in an educational setting. You'll engage with a diverse caseload of 38 students, managing therapy and support for a combined 7,160 minutes per quarter-all within a capped 30-hour workweek for an ideal work-life balance.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Background in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
  • Proven record providing assessments, interventions, and consultation in educational environments
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for a varied caseload in K-12 settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to create a supportive learning environment
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultation in accordance with student IEPs and specific needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Act as a resource for staff regarding speech, language, feeding, and communication concerns
