Outdoor Living Construction Laborer

Pool Professionals Ohio – Pataskala, OH

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available

Pay: $17.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

At Pool Professionals Ohio, we create personalized outdoor living spaces where families gather, celebrate, and make lifelong memories. Our projects include custom in-ground swimming pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, pavilions, fire features, retaining walls, and complete backyard transformations.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry. Whether you have years of experience or are eager to learn a skilled trade, we'll provide the opportunity, training, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

·         Assist in the construction of custom in-ground swimming pools

·         Build patios using concrete and pavers

·         Install retaining walls and other hardscape features

·         Assist with outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire pits, pergolas, pavilions, and other outdoor living structures

·         Install pool plumbing, drainage systems, and equipment

·         Perform excavation support, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation

·         Set forms and assist with concrete placement and finishing

·         Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

·         Load, unload, and organize construction materials

·         Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

·         Work closely with Crew Leaders to complete projects on schedule

·         Perform daily equipment and vehicle inspections as required.

·         Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

·         Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers when appropriate.

·         Assist with snow removal, warehouse organization, and other company support activities during slower seasons as needed.

·         Represent Pool Professionals Ohio professionally when interacting with homeowners

·         Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required

·         Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

·         Reliable transportation to our shop each morning

·         Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions

·         Ability to lift 75 pounds or more regularly

·         Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

·         Positive attitude and willingness to learn

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team

·         Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
