About the Role:
Join Pool Scouts of Pensacola as a Pool Maintenance Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in keeping our clients' pools sparkling clean and safe. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, you'll be part of a dedicated team that ensures a refreshing experience for all our customers. This is a great job for someone that needs flexibility. If you are a college student and need to work around a morning or afternoon class schedule, that can be accommodated. This position could lead to full time employment as the busy season progresses
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
  • Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safety and clarity.
  • Inspect pool equipment and report any repairs or replacements needed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers regarding their pool status.
  • Educate clients on proper pool care and maintenance practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage time effectively to complete all scheduled appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred.
