Registered Nurse

FT Day

Shift: 3 12 shifts, with every other weekend rotation

Hours: 7a-7p

Pay Range: $38-40 per hour
$10 000 Sign-On Bonus

The Role Itself

  • Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.

  • Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.

  • Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.

  • Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.

  • Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.

  • Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Our team of highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into their communities.
