As a Program Coordinator  you will:

• Update menus and grocery shopping as needed

• Scheduling doctor appointments and fill out the health appointment forms

• Auditing petty cash and other house funds weekly

• Reviewing notes and discussing with Program Manager areas of improvement needed

• Monitoring scheduled activities and updating the home calendar

• Communication with Program Manager and Guardian on what is needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written

• A personal vehicle that is well maintained

• Must successfully complete a criminal background checkLicenses/Certifications:

• First Aid/CPR - Provided if you are not currently certified

• Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on our driving record

• Proof of personal auto insurance

Preferred Experience:

• One year working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with the client's support team

• Be knowledgeable with DODD rules and changes

• Technology proficient and able to maneuver through various systems

• Home Health Care/Personal Care experience
