Job Position: Customer Service
Location: Lewis Center, OH 43035
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift
Description: Acloché has immediate openings for a Customer Service Clerk in Lewis Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner
• Process orders by phone, fax, and email
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date, and freight quotes
• Troubleshoot customer questions and/or issues
• Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders
• Other customer service projects
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and other departments within the company
