A Fax job refers to the process of transmitting documents electronically over a telephone line using a fax machine or an online fax service. This allows users to send and receive printed documents in a digital format, often as scanned images or PDFs. Fax jobs are commonly used in industries where secure document transmission is required, such as healthcare, legal, and finance. Despite the rise of email and digital communication, faxing remains a reliable method for sending official documents securely.
