The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
  • Support logistics management, including venue coordination and scheduling
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment
  • Help prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
