Job description

Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager – Central Ohio (Hilliard-Based)

A premier central Ohio property management company who services condominium and homeowners' associations are seeking an experienced, detail‐oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations for our Central Ohio property portfolio. This role ensures properties are well‐maintained, financials are accurate, and communication with Boards, owners, and vendors is handled professionally.

Responsibilities for Property Manager

  • Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Communicate with Boards of Directors, owners, and vendors
  • Handle conflict resolution and negotiations
  • Oversee accounts receivable, assist with budgets, and manage reserve studies
  • Coordinate inspections, reports, and follow‐up on maintenance and compliance

Responsibilities for Assistant Property Manager

  • Assist with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
  • Support Board meeting prep, agendas, and communications
  • Coordinate property inspections and follow up on reports, maintenance orders, and compliance letters
  • Communicate professionally with owners, boards, vendors, and residents

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision‐making skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and attend after‐hours board meetings
  • Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with availability for occasional evening meetings
