Now Hiring: Regional HR Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

We're looking for an experienced HR leader to support multi-site manufacturing operations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture. This role partners closely with leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, and recruitment across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with leaders to provide strategic HR support

Coaching and developing managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness

Leading full-cycle recruitment for hourly and exempt positions

Building strong relationships across teams and serving as a trusted HR resource

Traveling to multiple sites and supporting different shifts as business needs require

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership, talent management, and employee relations

Multi-site manufacturing experience required; union and non-union experience preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred

Compensation: $80,000$95,000
