Solar Installer - Join Our Growing Team!

What You'll Do

Install residential solar systems with a focus on quality and safety

Work on rooftops, ladders, and elevated surfaces

Troubleshoot system components and ensure optimal functionality

Collaborate with crew members and follow project timelines

Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

Comfort working on roofs in all weather conditions - heat, cold, wind, and everything in between

Strong willingness to learn and grow within the solar field

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical, hands-on work

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Previous construction, electrical, or roofing experience is a plus but not required
