Program Manager, Clinical Services
Position Purpose:
The Program Manager MCMG Clinical Services supports the planning, execution, and operationalization of medical group programs and initiatives. This role partners with day-to-day operational leaders to implement growth, access, and efficiency initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and transition into sustainable operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field. Project Management coursework preferred
  • License / Certification: None required
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, programs or projects
  • Experience in medical group or ambulatory care environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to influence outcomes through coordination and execution
