DFYF is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC).
What you'll do:
  • Strengthen your clinical mental health skills by conducting intake assessments
  • Provide weekly counseling and case management services to youth ages 5 to 17 utilizing a resiliency-oriented amp; trauma-informed care approach
  • Use your creative interventions to customize clinical treatment approaches that meet the needs of your clients
  • Aid in promoting youth's positive functioning through behavioral amp; cognitive strategies
  • Provide services in a variety of settings - schools, homes, community
  • Collaborate with youth's school and family systems - reducing barriers to success
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible schedule, no weekends or on-call

Qualifications:
  • Valid and current LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC licensure in the state of Ohio or working toward obtaining licensure
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling preferred or Bachelor’s in Social Work, with LSW
  • Experience working with children and families preferred
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to use electronic health record system
  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
