Recruiting & Client Engagement Specialist
Location: Newark, OH Pay: $20-$22/hr + monthly commission bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Type: Full‑Time
We're looking for a people‑focused, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving results. This role blends recruiting, client communication, and sales, making it ideal for someone who is organized, self‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
What You'll Do
  • Recruit, screen, and interview applicants
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
  • Make outbound calls to applicants and local businesses
  • Follow up consistently and help close new business opportunities
  • Support applicants through the hiring process with clear communication
  • Manage a busy office environment and stay organized during peak activity
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
