At EnterBridge we are hiring an Engagement Manager supporting a portfolio of clients. EnterBridge is a software consulting business that designs and implements custom software solutions.
What you will Do
  • Lead engagement planning and budgeting.
  • Direct on time, quality delivery of custom software implementation.
  • Manage engagement economics.
  • Manage engagement risk.
  • Partner with clients to analyze and understand their system needs.
  • Provide recommendations on the best way to execute client strategies with technology investment.
  • Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Perform root cause analysis of issues identified in testing or system execution.
  • Defining deliverable structure and content including requirements gathering from stakeholders.
  • Manage engagement team, act as the bridge between the client and software development team.
  • Act as a project manager on each engagement.
  • Manage relationship with clients including weekly status updates, billing discussions, client satisfaction reviews, etc.

What you will Bring
  • 3-6 years of experience customer implementations or consulting roles
