Job Title: Regional HR Manager
Location: Columbus, OH

Compensation amp; Benefits:
Salary Range: $80-$95K

Position Summary:
  • Lead and facilitate the development of a positive, inclusive and engaged work environment within multi-site manufacturing operations
  • Leverage a strong HR generalist background while building effective partnerships
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategy aligned with organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build effective partnerships within the HR team, the leadership team and with all other business partners
  • Be visible and act as a trusted advisor and resource for all associates
  • Coach, counsel, develop and guide leaders to help identify and solve issues, drive communication, development and overall leadership effectiveness
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment of hourly and exempt associates, sourcing to onboarding
  • Flexibility to travel to multi-site operations and work during different shifts, per business needs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory, talent and positive associate relations experience
  • Multi-site operations, union and non-union experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and issue-resolution skills
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish proficiency highly preferred
