Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Specialist - Sales Person to join our sales team. This role is designed for energetic individuals who understand today’s online market, and possess a passion for building strong customer relationships both online and in person. As an integral part of our organization, you will be challenged to utililze both your online skills, and in person peoples skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while helping customers find the perfect vehicle tailored to their needs.

Compensation is experience based pay plus commission.

Duties

  • Develop and execute online sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers across various digital platforms.
  • Manage and nurture a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress of prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including calling leads, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate leads and expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, active listening, and personalized service.

Experience

  • Experience welcome but willing to train a highly personable candidate with no experience. This position is ideal for anyone with excellent customer service to start a lucrative sales career.
  • Strong people skills, able to "go the extra mile" for our customers.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with phone etiquette that fosters trust and professionalism during client interactions.
  • Organizational skills essential for managing multiple accounts, inventory control, retail math calculations, and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
