Pay Rate: $600 per diem to $750 per diemLocation: East Hanover, NJResponsibilities:
  • Lead and manage assigned projects through full lifecycle to successful completion.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring adherence to group policies and procedures.
  • Define and stabilize project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Engage and secure buy-in from stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive execution through effective tracking, status reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure clear communication of project goals, budget, risks, and progress.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Office, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams.
  • Manage conflicts and constraints to ensure project success.
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis.
  • Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, workflows, and process maps.
  • Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources to identify gaps and solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Challenge assumptions and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
  • Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and risk control.
  • Partner with Operations and IT to assess the impact of process/system changes.
  • Support workforce planning based on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Work with business users to define requirements across Front Office to Finance.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
  • Support testing phases and ensure proper validation of system changes.
  • Recommend procedural enhancements to maximize system capabilities.
  • Facilitate coordination between IT and business teams throughout implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project management and/or business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and capital markets, with exposure to Front Office and Operations.
  • Proven expertise in project lifecycle management, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong focus on process improvement and risk management.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and drive consensus among stakeholders.
