    Operations Manager for FedEx pickup and delivery

    Starting Salary: From $78,000 per year

    Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee daily operations of FedEx package pickup and delivery. This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture.

    You will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You'll be present in the terminal, hiring, training and leading drivers and supervisors, keeping vehicles maintained, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership.

    This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement. In return, you gain schedule flexibility when operations allow and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company.

    What You'll Lead
    • Driver and team supervisor development and team accountability
    • Daily dispatch, route planning, and execution
    • Safety training, ride-alongs, and DOT compliance
    • Strong communication and partnership with FedEx terminal management
    • Vehicle maintenance coordination and operational readiness
    • You will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and keep the operation running at a high level.
