Summary:
In this role, you will manage a team focused on delivering timely and accurate analytics to support the Vizient Non-Acute (VNA) sales organization. The team generates analytics for both current and prospective clients to identify contract connection and savings opportunities that feed the contract implementation process. This team also facilitates Automatic Data Submission (ADS) onboarding for both Vizient and Provista members. This position will report to the Director, Comparative Analysis and will have several analysts (senior level) as direct reports.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the VNA analytics work queue, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of analytical outputs.
  • Manage the VNA and ENVI onboarding pipeline, ensuring all onboarding deliverables are completed on schedule and to standard.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, including monthly performance metrics, operational insights, and progress against key initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate calls and presentations with internal and external partners to address complex challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Actively gather and incorporate feedback from Sales and Account Management teams to continuously improve service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify, help design, and implement process automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across analytical and onboarding workflows, leveraging emerging tools and technologies where appropriate.
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage assigned analysts, including ongoing coaching and performance management.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against established goals and KPIs, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards by maintaining and improving quality control processes.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that drives engagement, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred. MHA or MBA a plus.
  • 5 or more years' relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Broad knowledge of Vizient portfolio of products and services a plus.
  • Experience developing and managing a high performing team of professionals preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
