We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in the United States.
How You'll Drive Growth:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive a strategic outbound and inbound pipeline across the US market. You won't just book meetings - you'll create meaningful business opportunities. Partnering closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you will penetrate complex, multi-stakeholder accounts, engage Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers, and drive revenue impact.
What you'll do
• Generate high-quality outbound pipeline aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile
• Research accounts, map buying groups, and build tailored multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Initiate consultative conversations around ecommerce and digital transformation
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and strategy
• Track activity and insights in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
• Continuously refine messaging to improve conversion performance
What You Bring
✔ 1-3+ years of inbound & outbound-focused SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
✔Proven success meeting or exceeding pipeline quotas
✔Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams
✔Strong communication and executive engagement skills
✔Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales loft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
The estimated pay range for this role is 45-60k as base salary per annum + Variable. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs.
All full time US employees are eligible to participate in inriver's comprehensive benefit package which include medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD, LTD.
The ideal candidate is located in the following states; Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
