What Youll Do

Do you have a passion for technology and helping others? In this role, youll be troubleshooting with customers and helping to resolve their issues with a smile. Youll collaborate internally with other team members to ensure you make the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. Youll be able to recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Bring your passion and love for technology to know whats going on with the latest technology products and help customers
  • Follow up on specific issues and resolve to completion

  • Technical support and troubleshooting experience
  • Basic level of knowledge and experience with moderating computer software or hardware related issues
