Job description

SITECH Louisiana is the authorized Trimble Heavy Civil Construction dealer for Louisiana. Contractors equipped with our construction technology increase production by 100+% while reducing survey cost by as much as 90%. Forge long-term customer relationships with contractors and machine dealers while providing fantastic response, customer service, and support.
We are now accepting applications for: Office Support Specialist
DESCRIPTION
The Office Support Specialist will manage walk in customers and the day-to-day operations of the location and will be expected to work closely with all departments to serve customer needs and support operations as needed to grow the business. Accounting experience preferred.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES may include:
  1. Answer calls from sales representatives and customers
  2. Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries
  3. Take and process customer orders
  4. Offer advice and details regarding available products
  5. Generate invoices and account statements
  6. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  7. Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquiries for customer statements
  8. Follow-up communications with customers and account representatives
  9. Keep track of office supplies
  10. Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required
  • Excellent customer service skills.
