Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced technical solutions for high-stakes problems involving site positioning systems, GNSS receivers, and machine guidance.
- Represent the end-user in the product development lifecycle by performing rigorous system acceptance testing on new software and hardware.
- Create high-impact technical communications, including digital documentation and instructional videos, to educate a global audience.
- Diagnose and resolve complex workflow defects within office and field software environments to ensure zero project downtime.
- Partner with regional service centers and internal engineering teams to provide elite-level training and operational support.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in construction software (TBC, WorksOS) and field systems like Siteworks or machine control.
- Professional proficiency in operating surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GNSS, and drones.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets from AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs and navigating active construction site environments.
Bonus Points For:
- Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior experience as a Survey Engineer, Lead Surveyor, or Data Prep Specialist.
- Experience in developing multimedia training content or technical support bulletins.
