In this role, you'll be the strategic architect of our organization's defense, directly influencing our global security posture and shaping how we protect the digital-physical bridge. You won't just follow policies; you will design the end-to-end security architecture and collaborate directly with Product & Engineering teams to ensure security is baked into the DNA of every innovation Trimble brings to market.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design and evolution of comprehensive security architectures for global systems and networks.

  • Embed security requirements upfront by evaluating proposed business processes and solutions to ensure resilience from day one.

  • Collaborate as a technical authority with the Security Operation Center and Engineering teams to lead incident response and project initiatives.

  • Drive risk management excellence by conducting deep-dive assessments and communicating strategic risks to business leaders.

  • Empower the sales cycle by acting as the security expert for high-touch customers, ensuring trust in Trimble's information security standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 7+ years of experience crafting robust cybersecurity architectures in complex environments.

  • You possess a strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, SOC, and ISO 27001.

  • You have deep technical proficiency in cloud, network, and application security.

  • You are a natural communicator capable of translating complex vulnerabilities into actionable business risks.

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security.

Bonus Points For:

  • Advanced certifications such as CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, container security, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

  • Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline security practices.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
