As an Senior Product Advisor within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based remotely.
Role Purpose:
A hands-on Product Advisory role providing ACH and Account Validation Services (AVS) expertise across product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and clientfacing teams.
Owns the capture and scaling of institutional ACH knowledge into durable product strategy, documentation, and operating models to reduce key person risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an ACH SME, shaping roadmap priorities and guiding endtoend delivery of ACH and AVS capabilities.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and client teams to translate ACH, NACHA, and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
Lead gotomarket and commercialization readiness for ACH initiatives, ensuring operational, sales, and support enablement.
Own documentation and knowledge transfer efforts to formalize ACH processes, standards, and governance.
Act as escalation point for edge cases, exceptions, and compliancesensitive decisions.
Drive Change Management, including impact assessment and coordination of CAG, Compliance, Risk, and Legal approvals.
Ensure solutions are compliant, productionready, and operationally supported.
Required Experience / Expertise:
Significant experience in ACH payments within banking, fintech, or payment processing, with handson product involvement.
Strong knowledge of NACHA rules, ACH lifecycle, settlement, and returns.
Proven ability to own requirements, influence decisions, and lead crossfunctional delivery in regulated environments.
Experience navigating compliance approvals, audit expectations, and risk reviews within regulated financial environments.
Clear communicator able to translate complex ACH topics for nonexperts.
Ideal Profile:
Background in product ownership, product advisory, or payments platform strategy, particularly within ACH or bank payments.
Experience with gotomarket launches, change initiatives, or compliance approval workflows.
Demonstrated experience with Change Management frameworks, including Compliance, Risk, and Legal approval processes.
Exposure to adjacent payment rails, fraud frameworks, or realtime payments.
ACH certifications (e.g., AAP, APRP) or equivalent experience.This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace.   • Represents one or multiple products as part of the sales process with the objective of closing new business opportunities. Defines solution options in the sales process based on knowledge of products, platform integrations, and business requirements.
  • Leads internal or external discussions related to the application of one or multiple products to help close deals. Leads direct interaction with clients as part of the sales process and represents PNC in bank-sponsored industry events, as needed.
  • Assesses client's current business situation and related requirements through data gathering, which includes interviews and research. Uses knowledge of PNC capabilities and interface to consult with the client/prospect to assess business opportunities and helps to develops tailored solutions that are compatible with client systems and technology environments.
  • Provides the customer perspective in the design, development and management of new or existing product enhancements.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new opportunities. Develops and maintains product marketing and proposal material and provides educational sessions to Sales in conjunction with Product Management.
