Job description

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to build the structure, process, and accountability systems that drive our sales success. This is not a traditional sales management role. We're looking for a process-oriented leader who enjoys building systems, improving performance through data, and creating operational excellence. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce adoption, develop scorecards and KPIs, establish management cadences, improve account segmentation, and create the framework needed for sustainable revenue growth. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Build and manage the sales operating system, including processes, roles, and accountability measures
  • Drive Salesforce adoption, data integrity, reporting, and pipeline visibility 
  • Develop and maintain sales scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting tools 
  • Establish account segmentation strategies and account planning processes
  • Track and report on pipeline health, customer retention, lost business, complaints, and revenue risks
  • Lead operational sales cadences, including pipeline reviews, business reviews, and performance meetings 
  • Create and standardized processes for territory management, customer tracking, and sales activites
  • Partner with leadership to improve sales execution, forecasting, and strategic decision-making 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness

Key Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience within Sales Management (DME/HME experience is a plus!)
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to build processes, systems, and performance management frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and dashboard development.
  • Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive accountability and process adoption across teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
