    Seeking a passionate Brand Marketing Manager for Staples Promotional Products with a focus on helping clients elevate their brands through customized merchandise and impactful marketing solutions. Experienced in developing engaging campaigns that strengthen brand connections, enhance visibility, and deliver measurable results.
    What you will be doing:
    • Develop and execute integrated brand and campaign strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and market differentiation.
    • Own brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation guidance.
    • Lead cross-channel campaign development across email, social, ecommerce, events, direct mail, and digital.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales, and eCommerce to align initiatives with lifecycle and revenue goals.
    • Lead social media and digital content strategy to support brand storytelling and engagement.
    • Establish KPIs and optimize campaign performance in partnership with Revenue Operations.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Sales Enablement, and Client Marketing.
    • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals and foster a high-performance culture.

    What You Bring to the Table:
    • Proven success driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue for B2B organizations.
    • Strong expertise in integrated marketing and demand generation strategies.
    • Ability to translate strategy into high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing performance.
    • Collaborative approach with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

    What's needed: Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related work experience.
    • 5+ years relevant marketing experience and leadership experience.
    • 3+ years of MS Office Suites.
    • 3+ year experience with Marketing & CRM Platforms (Marketo, Salesforce)
    • Creative, strategic thinkers with strong organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Experience working in cross-functional environments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
