As a Senior Analyst, Reverse Logistics & Returns you will play a pivotal role in optimizing recycling, waste, and end-of-life programs across our fulfillment network-driving measurable cost savings, improving operational efficiency, and advancing our sustainability goals. This is a high-impact role where your insights, problem-solving, and ability to influence will directly shape how we operate on a scale.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor fulfillment center performance against KPIs including equipment utilization, waste diversion, and SOP compliance
  • Coach and support field associates to improve location-level recycling and waste program execution
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Own resolution of recycling, waste, and equipment-related issues including installations, repairs, and service adjustments
  • Analyze performance data to benchmark results and identify underperforming locations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, sustainability, and revenue recovery
  • Partner cross-functionally with FC Operations, Quality, and Fleet teams to enhance program execution
  • Ensure end-of-life merchandise programs maximize recovery value while minimizing operational disruption

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and driving accountability
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
  • Knowledge of recycling, waste, or reverse logistics operations

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recycling, waste, or related industry
  • 2+ years Advanced Microsoft Office
  • 1+ year query software such as Microsoft Access, Transact SQL
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of time, including overnight travel, to support site visits, operational initiatives, vendor management, and cross functional meetings.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting supply chain or fulfillment center operations; knowledge of sustainability programs, recycling streams, and waste diversion strategies.
  • Advance Power BI to create dynamic reports
