Your Team & Role
As a Director,Information SecurityleadingtheInfrastructureteamwithin theInfrastructureSecurity function, part of theInformation Security Office(ISO),you will partner with other security professionals to improve theinfrastructuresecuritygovernance processes/metrics/standards,exist asthego to subject matter expert in infrastructure security (endpoint, mobile, cloud)in the ISO,manage a team of analystsburning down risk across the infrastructure security space,and many other aspects of theinfrastructuresecurity program.You willdeterminemethods and procedures on new assignments as a strategic leader within the organization. You will work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of risk and controls to ensure security of our products and customers! Inaddition toadeeptechnical understanding ofendpoint, mobile, and cloudsecurity,andzero trust principles,security architecture/advisory experience,governance/standards frameworks,andsecurity tool design and operationalization experience,you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
Oversee project and operational work, while guiding and transferring knowledge to more junior team members
Function as an escalation point for operational work handled by more junior staff on the team, managing and resolving issues independently
Leverageinfrastructuresecurityand tool/process specific knowledge as well as organizational and industry knowledge to resolve complex technical/process/people problems.
Partner with leadership to set direction for the future ofthe infrastructuresecurityprogram, while ensuringan accurateunderstanding and in-depth knowledge of daily operations to enhance and improve information security processes and controls
Drivethedevelopmentand reporting ofinfrastructuresecurity related metrics
Prioritizetechnical debt/risk reduction in the infrastructure security space, while managing a team ofinfrastructuresecurity analysts toharden the environment
Driveprioritizedrisk reductions/tech debt eliminationswith the businesses and technology owners
Bring adeep understanding ofendpoint, mobile, and cloudsecurity,cybersecuritygovernanceframeworks,and emerging riskstoguideteam membersand embed learning and innovation in the day-to-dayof theinfrastructuresecurity team
The Skills &ExpertiseYou Bring
Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineeringor Information Technologyor experience in related fields
Ability to leadoneself and a teamindependently with minimal guidance and effectivelyleveragediverse ideas,experiences,and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
Experience with agile development/program managementmethodologies
Knowledge of business concepts and information security tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
Demonstratedinfrastructure (endpoint, mobile, and cloud)securityrelated experienceinclusive ofexperience with infra sec tooling, governance, design/architecture, etc.
Experience with Zero Trust concepts
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent problem solving, communication,and collaboration skills
Significant experienceand/or deepexpertisewith several of the following:
Infrastructuresecurity tooling and design experience,inclusive ofendpoint, mobile, and cloud,etc.
Managementof analyst teams, specificallyto driverisk reductions and elimination of technical debt/environmental hardening
Experience withdata analytics/SIEMplatforms(including Splunk)to find risk, scope, andeliminaterisk/tech debt
Security Architecture, Security Advisory, or Security Engineering experiencedirectly relatedto endpoint, mobile, and cloud security tools/process/risk reduction
NIST and ISO 27000 Standards
Information Security Policy, Standards, Procedures, and Engineering Specifications
