JOB Type: Fulltime / Part-time
Shifts: 7:45 - 5:15 (M-T) / 8 - 12 (F) | No on call/no weekend
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. This role focuses on evaluating and treating children with a variety of developmental, communication, feeding, genetic, and chromosomal disorders.
Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with delays or deficits in receptive and expressive communication, social development, play, feeding, and executive functioning.
Make recommendations, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized speech therapy services based on evaluation results.
Provide education to parents and caregivers for home carryover of intervention strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries.
Strong desire to be part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
