Job description
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements and accounting reports.
Prepare business and individual tax returns.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
Provide accounting and financial advisory services to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely financial guidance.
Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry updates.
Collaborate with team members to identify planning opportunities and improve client outcomes.
Work independently while maintaining high-quality client service.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA license preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification.
Minimum 3 years of accounting and/or tax preparation experience.
Experience preparing business and individual tax returns.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Experience preparing financial statements.
Proficiency with accounting software and tax preparation software.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
