Job Summary
We are seeking licensed Staff Pharmacists to join a closed-door long-term care pharmacy. This role focuses on prescription verification, compounding oversight, and ensuring accurate, compliant medication dispensing while supporting nursing facilities and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance

  • Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding processes

  • Direct pharmacy staff in order processing, labeling, and fulfillment

  • Dispense medications and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff and prescribers

  • Maintain accurate records, inventory controls, and regulatory compliance

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Provide rotating shift and on-call coverage as needed

Qualifications

  • Active Pharmacist license in good standing
