Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year of dental experience
We are currently hiring an Associate Dentist for a full-time or part-time opportunity in Birmingham, Alabama. This is an in-person position with a well-established Cosmetic and Family Dental practice located in a safe and welcoming community.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental experience and be comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry services. New graduates are not being considered for this opportunity.
ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care.
Perform procedures such as extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants.
Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow HIPAA, infection control, and state dental regulations.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team and support efficient patient care.
Maintain high standards of patient safety, comfort, and quality of care.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques.
Active Alabama Dental License.
Minimum 1 year of dental experience.
New graduates are not being considered.
DEA registration/certification.
Controlled Substance Certification.
Current CPR Certification.
Experience with general dentistry procedures, including restorative dentistry, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and implants.
Familiarity with electronic dental records and dental terminology.
401(k) available after 1 year.
Paid malpractice insurance after 1 year.
Up to $5,000 in paid continuing education (CE) after 1 year.
Sign-on bonus available for full-time candidates.
