GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; this is an exciting opportunity to train and work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group.**Job Requirements** Ideal candidates should have 4-6 years of experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings.
