Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a dedicated portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on insurance coverage, answering client inquiries with clarity and patience.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate & Support with our Sales team to contribute to agency growth

Requirements
  • A Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance is essential.
  • Familiarity with insurance agency management systems (Hawksoft preferred) and quoting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and coverage options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
