Call Center Representative
Location: Malvern, PA
Pay Rate: $ 20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM
  • Schedule must remain consistent once selected
  • 7.5 working hours per day
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join a growing customer service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has excellent phone etiquette, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential.
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, updating customer records, processing payments, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Call Management
  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Route calls to the appropriate departments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
  • Handle multiple phone lines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Utilize conflict-resolution skills to manage challenging customer situations
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for customers
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, installations, and service visits
  • Communicate updates and schedule changes to customers as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Data Entry & Record Maintenance
  • Maintain and update customer records within the company database
  • Ensure accuracy of customer information and documentation
  • Enter data efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Process and distribute paperwork to the appropriate departments
Payment Processing
  • Process customer payments through electronic payment systems
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information
  • Ensure payment information is entered accurately and timely
Administrative Support
  • Assist with departmental administrative tasks
  • Support team projects and operational goals
  • Collaborate closely with customer service and operations staff
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Required
  • Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate data entry and documentation abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation to Malvern, PA
Preferred
  • Previous call center experience
  • Appointment scheduling experience
  • Customer payment processing experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment
