We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Victoria, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
