    The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week experience. You won't just observe - you'll be fully integrated into a brand marketing team, own real day-to-day responsibilities, and lead your own individual strategic project that you'll pitch directly to senior leadership. Past interns have seen their ideas move from a deck into real-world execution - that's the kind of ownership you'll get here.

    Who You Are
    • Ambitious students currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university who are expected to graduate between December 2027- July 2028
    • Trendsetters and innovative thinkers who want to create the beauty that moves the world
    • No prior industry experience is necessary to apply
    • Minimum Requirements:
      • Able to start working full-time starting September 2028 upon graduation with your bachelor's degree
      • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
      • Minimum 3.5 GPA
      • Willing to relocate to one of our U.S. internship hubs: New York, NY

    Areas of Marketing You Could Work In:
    Depending on your brand placement, you may gain hands-on exposure to:
    • Brand Strategy & Consumer Insights - translating consumer data into brand positioning and campaign strategy
    • Content & Creative - developing short-form video, social content, and campaign assets across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
    • Influencer & Creator Partnerships - identifying and nurturing authentic creator relationships to extend brand reach
    • Data Analytics & Marketing Technology - working with tools like GA4 and internal dashboards to measure campaign performance and market share
    • Product Innovation & Consumer Usability - supporting new product development from concept to shelf
    • Integrated (360°) Campaign Execution - helping bring multi-channel marketing plans to life across paid, owned, and earned media
    • Competitive & Marketplace Analysis - benchmarking trends and competitor activity to inform brand decisions

    What You'll Do
    • Own day-to-day brand responsibilities - from consumer insights to campaign execution - on one of our 40+ brands
    • Lead your own strategic project from insight to recommendation, presented directly to senior leaders
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations and Sales to see how each function shapes a brand's business
    • Build business acumen by working alongside brand managers in the beauty industry
    • Sharpen your presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking skills that carry into any career

    The Program:
    • This is a paid internship opportunity. Housing assistance is provided on an individual basis based on eligibility per our L'Oréal Relocation Policy.
    • All interns will be paired with a mentor and buddy to help guide you through your internship
    • Professional development & social programming is an integral part of your internship experience to understand our culture. From networking events to trainings, your calendar will always be full!
