    What You Will Learn:
    • This person is accountable for the daily assignment of forklift drivers, warehouse inventory, working with other warehouse leads to solve all manpower issues and act as main point of contact for communication with the shift.

    Essential Functions:
    • Fully supports an independent safety culture and works proactively to accomplish the safety mission in the plant of Zero Accidents.
    • Supports and embraces the Quality and environmental mission of the plant.
    • Fully supports and embraces our Compass.
    • Trainsall warehouse personnel to the duties of the warehouse position.
    • Ensures all materials are properly located logically and safely.
    • Ensures all waste and recycles are removed properly.

    • Work with the UP to ensure that inventory goals are met.
    • Ensure that cycle counts are performed, and all system entries and paperwork are completed properly.
    • Must obtain and maintain a L'Oreal forklift certification.
    • Conduct shift start-up meeting with stretching.
    • Follow Daily Directional Setting (DDS) process for start-ups and escalations.

    • High school, good computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite a must (Word, Excel & Outlook).
    Experience:
    • Warehouse experience a must, must be willing to work overtime, to include on weekends.
