    A Day in the Life
    As the Sourcing Manager for Media & CMI, you will take charge of a significant portfolio (~$1Bn spend), reporting to the Head of Media & CMI Sourcing in our Hudson Yards office. You'll partner closely with our CDMO, Media, CMI, and Finance teams to implement sourcing strategies that drive value and innovation.
    • Strategic Sourcing: You will develop and execute local sourcing strategies for the Media and CMI categories, preparing RFPs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing spend across all initiatives.
    • Stakeholder Partnership: You will serve as a key contact for our Media and CMI teams, co-owning agency relationships and championing the integration of AI and tech solutions to optimize our return on investment.
    • Supplier & Project Management: You will lead contract negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and drive strategic projects from roadmap to implementation, ensuring we partner with best-in-class vendors.

    We Are Looking For You are a strategic, autonomous, and driven individual with a flair for negotiation and a curiosity for innovation. You have a strong analytical mind and the ability to influence key decisions. We're looking for someone with:
    • Proven experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role, with a strong understanding of category management.
    • Excellent Negotiation and Stakeholder Management skills to build partnerships and lead discussions.
    • Strong Project Management and analytical capabilities to manage complex initiatives.
    • Expertise in Strategic Sourcing principles, from market analysis to contract execution.
    • An innovative, out-of-the-box mindset and a collaborative, team-player spirit.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Media category expertise or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
