    Job Summary:
    The position will perform tasks and functions to support the Distribution operation. Key functions include Auditing pallets, Computer Use, Investigation, Material Movement, the ability to sit and lift no more than 35lbs.
    Job Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
    • 2-4 years' experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
    • Forklift experience required, possess PIT certification.
    • Strong oral and written communications skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Microsoft Office. Word and Excel experience required.
    • SAP experience.
    • WMS(Manhattan)Experience.
    • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

    Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the auditing of selected outbound pallets to different customers.
    1. Sort material by SKU and batch for auditing purposes and then reassemble pallets according to L'Oreal Standards.
    1. Communicating with teams of inaccuracies found.

    1. Use Manhattan and SAP to check pallet accuracy.
    1. Correcting stock - Physically and systematically.
    1. Knowledge of material's list of defects provided by L'Oreal Quality.
    1. Understanding batch code process for expiration dates of material.
    1. Basic understanding of HAZ material to sort material based on HAZ classes.
    1. Basic inventory management skills
    1. Collect expired material for destruction.
    1. Utilize team members to help in sorting functions, as needed
    1. Empty waste/recycle bins as needed.
