In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations
Your contribution to the team:
• Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies
• Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration
• Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals
• Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams
• Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
• Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Required Skill and Experience
Experience working with large IT ERP programs and SAP engagement and project management experience.
Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles.
Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
