In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery

Required Skill and Experience
Hands-on experience with STIBO STEP PIM platform
Deep understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Contexts, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI, Integration Endpoints, Event Processors
Knowledge on designing the solution using Business rule (JavaScript), Business Process Workflows, STEP Component Model
Experience in JavaScript and Java programming (STIBO Extension APIs)
Experience with STEP integration frameworks - OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, REST endpoints
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks
Experience in all phases of project life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release planning
Ability to work well in a team & work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore development and support teams
Preferred Skill and Experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, written and oral communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
STIBO certification is nice to have
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
