    Job description


    Day In a Life:
    The Retail Sales Processor is responsible for processing incoming deals from car sales locations for R2B and retail Car Sales to ensure compliance for all states and Hertz specific documents.
    The rate for this position is $14.70 per hour.
    What You'll Do:
    • Ensure all stages of document processing for retail vehicle sales transactions are accurately recorded in Advent (CRM) for senior management reporting.
    • Document and maintain detailed records of all processing stages and associated deal documentation in Advent.
    • Process titles for trade-in vehicles and submit completed title work to CT Services; assist with auction transactions, research title issues across multiple states, order duplicate titles, and perform other title-related duties as needed.
    • Research and coordinate with lenders to verify that sold deals have been booked and funded.
    • Accurately allocate bank fees, dealer reserves, document fees, and state fees to applicable transactions.
    • Review bank statements to verify receipt of funds and ensure proper allocation for each deal.
    • Communicate daily with dealership locations to follow up on missing documentation and outstanding items
    • Review and audit assigned deals to ensure completeness and compliance with company requirements.
    • Track and manage incoming and outgoing FedEx shipments.
    • Partner with the scanning department to ensure all deals are scanned and accurately updated in FileNet and Advent.

    What We're Looking For:
    • Previous office administration and document processing experience required.
    • Automotive dealership experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Comfortable working in a web-based environment and utilizing multiple systems and applications.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
