Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Launch and manage paid social campaigns using self-serve advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager.
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, select creative assets, and support testing of new creative approaches and ad formats.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to share insights and refine campaign strategies.
  • Partner with Affiliate Partnerships and Programmatic Yield teams to support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Provide audience insights and performance feedback to editorial teams to help inform content and engagement strategies.
  • Stay current on paid social best practices, platform updates, and emerging industry trends while maintaining high standards of organization and quality.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 1+ years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience launching and optimizing paid social campaigns, preferably using Meta Ads Manager or similar advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in commerce, digital media, or social buying is a plus.
  • A creative mindset with an interest in audience engagement, testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Hybrid role based in New York, NY, with an in-office requirement of 4 days per week
     

The hourly rate for this temporary role is $55.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
