    Job description

    We are seeking a Stellantis Industrial Systems (S.I.S.) Specialist to drive operational excellence across our organization. This role is responsible for building a culture of problem‑solving, leading cross‑functional improvement initiatives, and ensuring sustainable performance gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong facilitation skills, deep knowledge of Lean methodologies, and a passion for developing people.

    The SIS Specialist will guide the plant in an operational shift toward SIS as a way of running the business.

    The SIS Specialist will also drive managerial domain aspects into technical domains, generate reports as required, take on various other assignments as needed; and lead SIS audit readiness and shop floor reviews.

    The SIS Specialist will be the contact with the corporate US team to define the plant SIS standards.

    This position also requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as solid working knowledge of PFS, FIS, Palantir, and the SIS domains used across our operational systems. These tools are essential for data analysis, performance tracking, workflow visibility, and process management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of the site’s Continuous Improvement roadmap.
    • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and structured problem‑solving activities (A3, 5 Why, etc.).
    • Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste.
    • Coach leaders and frontline teams on Lean principles, standard work, and visual management.
    • Track and report S.I.S. metrics, ensuring alignment with plant KPIs and strategic objectives.
    • Support cultural transformation through engagement, communication, and capability building.
    • Drive best‑practice sharing across plants and lead benchmarking activities.
    • Ensure improvement projects deliver measurable results and are sustained over time.
