Business Development Manager Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading staffing and workforce solutions organization in the Downers Grove, IL area, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and driving market growth.

Business Development Manager Job Summary: Pay: $66,000 - $83,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Office-based with approximately 60-70% field time Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve market growth objectives Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying workforce solutions Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and discovery discussions Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining profitability goals Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand market presence Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting Business Development Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of staffing industry sales experience or related business development experience Proven track record of developing new business and growing client relationships Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to travel locally on a daily basis Why Zing?
